Coleman’s Tree Services

​

1. Services Provided
Coleman’s Tree Services offers professional tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and land clearing services. All services will be performed as outlined in the approved estimate or service agreement.

2. Estimates & Payment
All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days. A deposit may be required before work begins, and full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Access to Property
The client agrees to provide Coleman’s Tree Services with safe and timely access to the property. The client is responsible for ensuring that the work area is free of pets, vehicles, and other obstructions.

4. Scheduling & Delays
Scheduled service dates may change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any changes as early as possible and reschedule at the client’s convenience.

5. Damage Disclaimer
While every effort is made to prevent property damage, Coleman’s Tree Services is not responsible for underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or items not clearly marked or disclosed before work begins. The client assumes responsibility for any pre-existing property issues.

6. Clean-Up
Standard clean-up includes removing branches and debris resulting from tree work. If additional hauling or extensive clean-up is required, extra fees may apply and will be discussed in advance.

7. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation fee may apply for short-notice cancellations or for jobs already in progress.

8. Liability & Insurance
Coleman’s Tree Services is fully insured. Copies of our insurance certificate can be provided upon request. We will not be held liable for damages or injuries resulting from circumstances outside our control or from negligence on the part of the client.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting and accepting services from Coleman’s Tree Services, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
